PowerWatts is the brainchild of Paulo Saldanha, an exercise physiologist, coach and former professional Ironman triathlete. He wanted to create a training program that would save time by avoiding “junk mileage”, create value through superior functionality and, most importantly, deliver results with laser-focused accuracy. This is done using the science of high intensity conditioning
Grupetto YYC is one of the PowerWatts International Centres that uses the PowerWatts training system.
